Need to cancel?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.

Arrival

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Wonderland Nails & Spa and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the time of the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled in consideration of the next person.. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers. Thanks for your cooperation.

Gift Voucher

1. Wonderland gift vouchers do not expire and remain valid from the date of issue until the final balance is used. 
2. Gift vouchers must be presented at reception upon arrival for the booked treatment
3. All Gift vouchers purchased at Wonderland are Non Refundable and can not be exchanged for cash. Change will not be given, but the balance will remain on the voucher for your next visit

Health Conditions

In order to avoid disappointment please inform us at the time of booking your appointment of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Including high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies or pregnancy etc. Please informing the salon immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection/reaction/condition with respect to your nails

Kids

We welcome children to our salon; however, we request that they are supervised at all times by another adult. We must acknowledge that maintaining a peaceful and relaxing space for our clients is of paramount importance.
